Potential investors should be aware that this project qualifies as an Opportunity Zone. The Opportunity Zones incentive was established by Congress in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 to encourage long-term investments in urban and rural communities nationwide. Opportunity Zones provide a tax incentive for investors to re-invest their unrealized capital gains into dedicated Opportunity Funds.

Eagle Heights Tree House Resort
Infrastructure
Located in the town of Andrews, North Carolina, and in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, Eagle Heights Tree House Resort is going to be the largest treehouse resort in the world. With 160 treehouse units and an additional 40 commercial/retail spaces with room for expansion, it is a one-of-a-kind resort.
Phase One is located in the northern quadrant of our 400 acre parcel of land. The top map shows the resort location along with roads, additional phases, and preliminary infrastructure.

Environmentally Proactive
Our resort will utilize sustainable green energy (wind/water turbines, and solar) to power its nearly 400-acre grounds. We seek to harness wind power in an unobtrusive way using tree-like structures outfitted with multiple vertical-axis wind turbines.

We are located 15 minutes from Harrah’s Casino, whitewater rafting on the Nantahala River, and hiking on the Appalachian Trail.
Flying in? We are 10 minutes from the Western Carolina Regional Airport. The resort will offer shuttle service, or guests may utilize one of our two helipads to fly directly from/to the airport.
